Please bare with the City and their project and construction

There are actually a few efforts in progress and over the next few months.

1. Volusia County Utilities is currently in the process of completing their water main extension project, which includes final repairs and cleanup. We do not have a schedule but have other areas along this project that we are also awaiting to get repaired.
2. A limited ditch cleaning near the Rivington Dr entrance will be completed by the developer, but may not be for another month or so.
3. The City Public Works department will be doing a ditch cleaning along some of Rivington, mainly adjacent to the Phase 3 section and may go further east across the other entrance.

Reader Communities

We will be completing some road warranty work to proximate the roundabout and the main offsite entrance on Ft Florida at Rivington Boulevard over the next several weeks.  This will include curb repair, paving updates, and storm drainage cleanout in these areas. We will also be addressing the rutting on the east side of the main entrance.
